About Us
Apex Security Solutions is a small family owned and operated business. I began working in the security alarm industry in the Bay Area. During my time at a large Security company I began noticing that customers were often treated to cookie cutter service and left to wait weeks at a time for their installation or service appointments. When the appointment day did arrive, often times issues would arise due to lack of communication between sales and operations departments. After several years working in the industry, I began to burn out from constantly dealing with unsatisfied customers. This led to me deciding that I could start a business that would provide a more customized and focused experience all the while performing higher quality work. I played with the idea for months without following through, but that all changed when my third child was born. She was born with several medical complications that resulted in me no longer feeling like I could drive to and from the bay area each day to work. The birth of my daughter finally pushed me to do what I had been planning to for months. I started planning Apex Security Solutions with the consideration that I could do more, be better, and provide a real service for my customers base all while managing to keep it close and personal unlike the services provided by the larger security companies. The goal and focus is, and always has been, to put the customer’s needs first and to go from there to plan a specially tailored service to meet all their needs.
